Drop off policy

Can’t wait?  Leave them with us.  Based on space availability you may leave your pet with us to have requested procedures performed.  Yearly checkups, patient rechecks, and exams for sick pets are all procedures that can be done during drop off appointments. Please provide any medical history and medication information that may be pertinent to your pet’s case (form available on this web site under the “Form” heading).  We will perform the necessary procedures after regular out patient visits are complete.

We are pleased to offer our clients this drop off service.  The request has continued to grow.  It is on a first come/first serve opportunity.  All drop offs must be in by 1:00 pm and can be picked up between 3:00 and 5:30 pm.  The earlier you arrive the better the chance of having space available.  Please do not ask to pick up earlier.  You may not request a specific doctor.  The advantage to the drop off service is that you do not have to wait.  The disadvantage is that you do not get “face time” with the veterinarian.  When you pick up in the afternoon, if you wish to speak directly with the doctor your record will be placed in line with the others that are waiting.
